  • I had a bad night last night… Couldn’t fall asleep and was restless and irritated. At least I managed to get all my laundry done, something that has been on my to-do list for like a week

I ate some oatmeal late at night to stop my cravings from driving me nuts. That usually works

Feeling fat, bloated and unloved. Like a real loser

I have no illusions that being skinny will fix all of that, but it will make me look better and feel happier

Then a friend came over and we ended up eating pizza. So I definitely screwed yesterday up

Luckily today went better. Except that I emptied a full bottle of coca cola and then discovered that it wasn’t light. Crap! Scary how one bottle of soda could double my calorie intake!
